Confidentiality is paramount in developing a working relationship.

Any information, documentation, visual or audio files to which Good to Go Transcription may be privy is treated as strictly confidential, and as property of the individual sender.

As a client of Good to Go Transcription, we work for you. Quite simply, your business is not "our business", our business is Transcription, and we shall not make comment on any other aspect of your work.

If we do have a technical problem with any of the work provided to us, we will attempt to rectify this with the minimum of hassle for all parties, purely for the sake of efficiency and to improve our service.

We are happy to sign any confidentiality agreement your organisation may require.

  • Our staff are legally trained and aware of the implications of any breach of client confidentiality.
  • We are fully compliant with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.
  • As our client, you retain ultimate ownership of any documentation, sound, video or image files pertaining to your business.
  • Good to Go Transcription store all historic information on a local backup system, disconnected from the Internet.
  • We do not sell or trade information to third parties.
  • Your work will not leave the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
