Quality Control Process
Whilst there is always potential for human error, our aim is to reduce this to a minimum by our most experienced secretarial staff being on hand to assist our typing pool in real time, using Voice over IP software to be in constant contact. This makes it a quick and easy process to correct and check work on the fly.
Each document batch, together with audio files, is then double checked by one of our designated Document Checkers, and any necessary amendments are made. The completed document batch is then ready to be returned.
We provide a service which enables you to print and send out sensitive documents without the worry that it could render you legally liable in any way, due to typographical or terminological failure on behalf of the transcriber.
