Good to Go Transcription

At Good to Go Transcription we operate a unique pricing policy.

We charge a standard base rate of £0.85 per dictated minute. Charges are calculated to the nearest second, which equates to £0.014167 per second.

How is this unique?

Every Transcription company in the market calculates their charges by the minute, hence the cost of each sound file you send will be rounded up to the nearest minute, and you will be charged for this "empty time".

The more that you outsource, the more you stand to save by switching to Good to Go. On average, this equates to a 33% saving over a rival company with identical rates.

If your business is outsourcing 60 minutes of dictation per day, this will be broken down into approximately 30 sound files.

When you are invoiced, each of these 30 files will be rounded up to the nearest minute. This adds up to 20 minutes extra charge for this 60 minute batch of dictation, namely a 33% extra charge.

Good to Go guarantee a price of £51.00 plus VAT for 60 minutes of dictation, charged at our standard rate. If you use any other Digital Transcription company at a rate of £0.85 per dictated minute, you will be paying anything up to £80.00.
